Printing techniques

Digital Direct Printing:
The print is sprayed directly onto the apparel by our Digital Direct machines.
Digital Direct works well with large designs, however the colors fade after the first few washes. This printing technique is optimal if a "vintage" look is desired. The design looks somewhat washed-out and vibrant colors are not to be expected.
Digital Direct is a relatively new printing technique, therefore we are not able to print on all of our products.

Flex Print:
flex designs are cut from colored foil and pressed onto the shirt at very high temperatures. Tests have shown that flex printed t-shirts retain their vibrancy after 100 washes. The design remains extremely sharp and colorful.

Flock Print:
flock designs are similar to flex designs in that they also use high temperatures to press onto the shirt. However, the main difference is that flock print has a velvety, fuzzy, raised surface.

Plot print:
Plot printing is number one where uniqueness is concerned. Strong colors and sharp contrasts make each custom t-shirt a remarkable work of art and creativity. Naturally, one is drawn to look at the design making your customized t-shirt noticeable and eye-catching. In addition, custom t-shirts designed by this method are very long-lived and the colors do not fade.
